Colour 16mm film, transferred to video
Running time: 45 seconds

A video projector is pointed down onto the floor and is showing the film which was shot in the exact same spot. The projected image of the floor lines up exactly with the actual floor. The film was shot one frame at a time and in each frame a small pool of water was poured in the centre of the section of floor being filmed. After each frame was taken, the water drop was wiped away and replaced by another. With 16mm film, it takes 24 frames for every second of running time, hence the title of the work.
