The 22 photographs that make up this work were taken consecutively over a period of about 8 minutes. The camera settings were unchanged over the period, so the images are each slightly lighter or darker depending on the clouds affecting the daylight at the particular moment when each photograph was taken. The images are placed in order, with the oldest one at the back of the stack, so you are looking back towards a point in time further away from your present than the point at the front of the stack.
